When and Where?
Maternity Session
Maternity session are best done between 30-35 weeks of pregnancy. A session will take around 1-2 hours and they can be done either in my studio in Mitchelton (Click here to have a look inside my studio) or on location.
Newborn Session
Newborn session are best done between 4-14 days after the baby is born.
During the newborn session your baby will run the show. Every baby has their own personality and we will work around them and their needs.
To make sure we have enough time for cuddles, feeds and off-course taking pictures allow between 3-4 hours.
The session will take place in my studio so I can make all the precautions to set up a safe environment for your family, especially your baby. Click here to have a look inside my studio.
To get the best form the session making it a lot easier and less stressful for you, it is highly recommended to leave any siblings at home.
If you would like some photos with any siblings or other family members I do offer a separate 30 mins to 1 hour complimentary session as part of the Newborn package.
How does it work?
Introduction
During this chat we will get to know each other, understand what you would like and you can ask any questions. We can do this over the phone, email or in person and there are no strings attached.
Receive
The artworks will be ordered once payment has been received. Delivery time of products can take between 2-4 weeks and we will organize pick up or delivery. Your chosen images will also be uploaded in high resolution through an online password protected gallery.
Book
You decide whether I am the right photographer for you. We will book in a date for the maternity session and/or a date for the newborn session based on your due date. You will receive a contract and you secure your session by paying the deposit. When you arrive home from hospital with your brand new baby you contact me to confirm the day and time for your newborn session.
Session
The day of the shoot has arrived. Now it is time to join me so we can capture this moment forever. I will lead you every step of the way so you can just enjoy the experience. The next day I will post a sneak peek picture online.
Reveal
We will make a viewing appointment where you can choose the images you love to have them printed, placed on a canvas or in a photo album. The viewing appointment can be done in my studio or at a location of your choosing. Artwork and number of digital images is based on your chosen package .
